AT&T raises price on Blackberry Torch 9810, drops price on LG Nitro HD
AT&T Mobility recently raised the price on the Blackberry Torch 9810 from $49 to $99. AT&T has also dropped the price on the LG Nitro HD from $199 to $99. Now I understand dropping the price on Nitro but raises the price on the Blackberry Torch makes no sense. RIM is scrambling to sell more blackberry handsets. This definitely does not help. There are a few reason why AT&T has done this. 1 is due to the 4 billion dollar loss in the AT&T-Mobile merger or 2, the Torch 9810 is selling at a good rate so raising the praise could raise profits.
